PART TWO- Analysing The Sims 4 Dream Decorator Trailer Still Images
Welcome Back to Part Two.
I hope you enjoyed the first part where I took a closer look at some of the images from the launch trailer of the newest pack, 'Dream Decorator', launching June 1st.
We do not have long to wait till the game pack arrives! But I want to get us all excited for what's to come, so let's see what awaits us today on our discovery path.

Dark And Mysterious MakeOver
This sim has a very gothic vibe about him, don't you agree? However, his bathroom vibes don't quite match up to his tastes.
From looking at his thought bubble, he is after something a little more dark and mysterious.
Will Our Pattina live up to his expectations?
Fire Place In The Bathroom - How Odd!
Get ready for some fun requests from your clients. I mean a fireplace in your bathroom? I never knew how cool that could look, albeit strange.
The big reveal during the nighttime with the full moon looming in the background was a nice touch.
I think this client will be able to chill in his bubble bath with more ease now. Don't you reckon?
Mini Clients Need Help With Their Room Revamps Too
Patina is a complete pro when it comes to working with children, it seems. She has grand visions that she excitedly shares with the mini client.
A more girly look seems to be on the cards this time around. I wonder if this little girl will be chuffed with the outcome.
Wow, These Modular Shelves Are Amazing
If I've said it once, I will say it again and again. These modular shelves are the bomb.com. The way it shifts the dynamics of this whole room is crazy.
There is so much scope for developing unique ideas in our new career as decorators with these shelves. ee can slot them just about anywhere. I think many players will have a blast with these.
Conclusion: It's a humongous high five from, little miss client this time around!
Fun New Career UI
This is a fantastic new sneak peek at the way the new career works.
We have the budget tracker on the top right to keep an eye on our expenditure at all times. This is perfect for the 'big spender' over here... aka ME!
Not only is it essential to make your work performance top par, we now need to keep our reputation in check. I do love the added challenges this could provide.
Next up, we can see the 'likes' and dislikes' panel!
Now, I am merely guessing here what each of those icons means.
- It looks like the first icon may represent their desire to have light wood furnishings.
- The second icon appears to show their love of gardening.
- The third icon could be an indication that they do not want dark furniture in their surroundings.
- Lastly, they hate pink!
Then right at the bottom of this panel, you can see a checklist of all the gig tasks you need to complete.
I wonder if we have a time limit to get the job done? That would add the pressure but might take away from the fun. I guess we shall see.
Fun Aspects For Toddlers
Oh my! Aren't the new play tents adorbs. I certainly think so, and there's a cute farm styled one too, which is defo something every toddler of mines MUST own in future!
Bunk Beds Galore
With the new bunk beds, we can utilise space even better. Just look at some of the combos we can now achieve
So ace!
There Are No Rules If You Are A Sim
Hey, if you want a pool in your kitchen so you can eat your takeaway pizza on a floaty pizza slice (island living expansion has all the pool floaties, FYI!) - be my guest.
No task is too big or small for our Patina. I did mention things can get a bit bizarre. 😀
